At The Arabian Velvet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to all fragrance oils, eau de parfums, and attar products.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thearabianvelvet.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
